MacBackpackers Travel Vouchers (a.k.a. Freedom Tickets)

Valid for 1 year from the date of activation.

Vouchers are activated for redemption 14 days after the date of purchase.

There is a 14 day cooling off period after the date of purchase when you will receive a full refund: 100% of the price you paid;
Between 15 and 28 days there will be a 50% refund;
After 28 days there will be no refund.
You are able to transfer the ticket to another person once free of charge. If you would like to transfer a ticket more than once then an administration fee of £10.00 per transfer will be payable. Please contact our booking office to make this change.

This applies to Freedom Tickets which have not yet been redeemed for a tour. Once a tour has been booked, the usual tour cancellation rules apply, please see above.
